Will Sunziro obstruct my vision while driving?

Our perforated mesh fabric allows visibility through the shade while reducing glare—but depending on lighting, tint and viewing angle, some visual limitations may still occur. Always ensure your blind spot remains visible. It’s best to remove the shades if visibility is compromised.

Do Sunziro fit perfectly?

Each shade is custom-designed for your vehicle make, model and year. While we aim for a snug fit, minor gaps may be visible due to your car’s window frame design. If you need clarity on fit for your specific model, just reach out to us.

Can I wind down my windows with Sunziro installed?

es. Sunziro shades are designed to sit securely inside the window frame, allowing you to open your windows fully — even while driving at speeds up to 125 km/h. The shade stays in place and continues to provide sun protection and airflow.

For best results, always ensure the shade is installed correctly and seated firmly within the window frame.

Mounting Requirements

Does my vehicle need magnetic mounts or clips?

No. Sunziro shades do not use magnets or clips. Instead, they are secured using a soft Velcro strip around the door frame, making the installation safe for children, discreet, and gentle on your vehicle.

This design ensures the shade stays firmly in place while avoiding hard components that could pose a safety risk to kids or damage your car’s interior.

Can I still use factory built-in shades with Sunziro?

Sunziro are generally designed to fit windows without factory shades. If you have existing built-in sun shades, please send us photos—depending on your vehicle, compatibility is sometimes possible.

How do I remove adhesive velcro tape without damaging trims?

Removing the Velcro tape is simple and safe when done correctly:

  1. Warm the adhesive – Use a hair dryer on a low to medium setting for 20–30 seconds. This softens the adhesive.
  2. Peel slowly – Gently peel the Velcro back at a low angle. Avoid pulling straight up.
  3. Remove residue if needed – Any leftover adhesive can be wiped away using a soft cloth with mild adhesive remover, eucalyptus oil, or rubbing alcohol.
  4. Clean the area – Finish by wiping the trim with a damp cloth to restore the surface.

When removed slowly and with heat, the adhesive will not damage trims or leave marks on your vehicle’s interior.

Are Sunziro durable and fade-resistant?

Installed inside your vehicle, Sunziro are designed to resist stretching, fading or warping. They come with a 1-year warranty covering workmanship and fabric fading only.

Returns, Repairs & Replacements

What if the shade doesn’t fit my window frame?

First, we’ll check if the wrong shade was sent or if installation was correctly followed. You may be asked for photos to help with diagnosis. If we can’t resolve it via support, we’ll offer an exchange or full refund under our Fitment Guarantee.

What should I do if my shade is damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 90 days with photo evidence of the issue. Do not use or attempt to install the product further. We’ll assess and arrange a prepaid return label if the fault is approved. We’ll not send replacements until the original shade is received.

I ordered the wrong shade—can I exchange it?

Provided the item is unused and returned in original condition (including packaging and protective film), we can process an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact us within 90 days of purchase.

Do you replace lost or bonus items?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that were free or part of a promo, nor those lost in transit or still listed as shipped. The original order policy applies.
