We calculate shipping costs automatically at checkout, based on item weight and destination zones as defined by Australia Post/EMS.
Orders over AU $70 qualify for free standard shipping across Australia and New Zealand
You’re responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees applicable in your country. If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay these charges, you’ll be refunded (minus return shipping costs) once we receive the item.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
A tracking number will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch. Please check your spam folder and confirm your email address if you don’t receive it.
Delivery estimates vary by location and may extend during sale periods or trade events.
Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
Prefer to collect locally? Choose ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout. Pick up is available from our Silverwater, NSW warehouse, usually from the next business day.
