Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping within Australia

We ship all orders using Australia Post services.
You can choose from the following options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days to metro areas.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Sunziro is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.
If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking link or contact Australia Post directly.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia.
We’re working on expanding to international destinations in the future.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@carshades.com.au with your order number and tracking details. We’ll lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.
